Today we had another very interesting workshop with Rachel Ortas, the aim of the workshop was to use the letters spelling London and transform them into characters, that somehow capture our feelings or ideas about London. Here are a few photos from the workshop.
So I started off with making a stencil for the word London
So, after doing an experiment print with the stencil, I made another stencil, using the same letters but adding a few images that represent London, like the bus, as London is very famous for it's transportation, the London Eye, and the Big Ben.
I am quite happy with what I achieved from the workshop, but i will take it forward and try to actually make characters out of the letter, and will be posting them soon.
