Moving London Workshop

On Tuesday we had a workshop with David, the workshop was about Moving London, the everyday conversations of people we hear while travelling around London. The workshop focused on using found conversation as a starting point to produce a piece of kinetic typography using flash or stop motion animation. I had been working of recording the conversations of different people on my iphone for a week, it was a bit challenging, but at the same time it was quite fun listening to what other people are talking about.

In the beginning of the lesson we were given a bit of an introduction about using Flash and iStop motion. After the introduction we decided to make our piece of Kinetic tpography using stop motion animation. Below ate the photos of how we went about making the animation.

So we chose a phrase from the tube gossip website, relating to transportation, and decide to make an animation out of newspaper cuttings.
